QTqueenD: So where did this name derive from?
backtothefutura: i was recovering from major surgery from the removal of a malignant tumor in my salivary gland in my mouth. spent three month alone in the house i grew up with learning patience in its strongest form. i was basically waiting for my life to begin again.

backtothefutura: sound wise i really couldn't tell you. i love so many different kinds that i dont really know who is a direct inspiration. i find myself saying "oh i wanna write songs like that guy or i wanna hold notes longer that that guy." problem is, i say it to almost everything i listen to.

backtothefutura: i think the people who make me get off my ass and write are sufjan stevens, ryan adams, ray lamontagne, the flaming lips, iron and wine, better stop now...
